Stride Rite Sale & Code & Free Shipping

Thanks to Angie at BC, I just snagged two pairs of shoes from StrideRite.com for only $67.99. The shoe pictured above is originally $48, but it is on sale for $39.99. After applying the 20% off code - SPRING20 - the price is only $31.99. My son's tennis shoes are originally $45, but I got them for $36. Since I bought two pair, shipping is free.

The timing on this sale and code could not have been more perfect because both kids need a pair of tennis shoes to hold them through summer, and Stride Rite shoes are the best fit for them.

Hurry for the best selection! I actually missed out getting the shoes my son really wanted because his size was gone in the few hours I waited before placing my order. (Since he wanted the Nickelodeon Barforama shoes, I'm a lot less disappointed about missing out than he is!)

Have you orded MINE. yet?

I got my first of 5 issues of mine. in the mail today! It is not thick at all, but it does contain 2-3 articles from each magazine. I picked some magazines that would appeal to my husband too, and I have to say that sports articles are on subjects that interest me. I'll be honest, I'm not 100% sure that it contains the magazines I selected. The one I received in the mail contains Real Simple, Travel + Leisure, TIME, InStyle, and Golf. I have no idea why I would have chosen Golf over Money when neither my husband nor I play the sport. I'm not upset about it, though, because I actually enjoyed the Golf articles.

If you haven't requested your mine. yet, complete this form. Chose the five magazines whose content you want your mine. to contain. It should take just a couple of weeks to get your first magazine.

If you've already received mine., tell me what you think! Did you receive the correct content? Is what you expected?

You Data

Are you familiar with You Data? I've seen some posts about it, but I didn't take the time to check out it until last night when I read a post at Northern Cheapskate. I am SO glad I did! Sign up and answering some "about me" questions took just about 10-15 minutes, and then I was ready to view ads. In about 15 minutes, I earned $5.13!

With You Data, you are offered ads to view, and you collect money after viewing them. Your answers to "MeFile" surveys are used to select ads relevant to your interests. The ads are all text now, but video ads are coming soon. To make viewing the ads (and earning money) even easier, you can download an ad player to your desktop.

You Data deposits the money you've earned into your Pay Pal account every Friday. (If you don't already have a Pay Pal account, you'll have to create one.) You won't earn a lot of money - the totals I see from others are mostly around $3 a week - but every little bit counts.

Interested? Join You Data now!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!!!

I want to let everyone know that I did NOT approve the ad that has been displayed on my Entrecard widget. I only display ads that are relevant to the topics I cover and/or are family-friendly. This blog is a representation of me, and as a Christian, I would never allow a blog that promotes atheism to advertise on mine.

I am wondering if the blog advertised is one of the paid ads that we have told about; however, if I have a place to approve paid ads, why was this ad displayed without my approval? I have taken down my entrecard for today. I plan to put it back up since I have some appropriate ads waiting, but I want to investigate first.
